Jagaban Donates Le10 Billion to Boost Development Projects in Kambia District

The leading flagbearer aspirant of the All Peoples Congress (APC), Sheikh Alhaji Chief Mohamed “Omodu” Kamara, popularly known as Jagaban, was warmly welcomed to Kambia District in a historic display of togetherness, love, and unity. Representatives from all six constituencies and over seven thousand supporters gathered with a unified spirit to rally behind Jagaban as he pursues his political mission for the betterment of all Sierra Leoneans.

Kambia District Council Chairman, Mr. Mohamed Mansarico Mansaray, expressed sincere gratitude for Jagaban’s visit, noting that the district had long awaited his arrival. APC District Chairman, Mr. Amadu Santigie Bangura (Tham Sella), also extended warm appreciation and used symbolic gestures to express that Jagaban was both welcomed and here to stay—an announcement that energized the crowd.

In his keynote address, Jagaban thanked the APC leadership and the people for their overwhelming reception. He highlighted the district’s inclusiveness, especially toward persons with disabilities, and emphasized that true leadership is based on ability, not sentiment. He reaffirmed his commitment to development and expressed confidence in his capability to lead the APC to victory in 2028.
