Who We Are
We are a people-driven movement united by a shared belief: leadership must serve, empower, and uplift the lives of ordinary Sierra Leoneans.
The MOK Jagaban Movement is built around the vision and values of Mohamed Omodu Kamara (Jagaban) a businessman, philanthropist, and emerging national leader whose journey into public life is rooted in service, integrity, and impact. This is not a movement of slogans, but of action. Not politics for politics’ sake, but leadership with purpose.
Across communities, districts, and the diaspora, we bring together youth, women, professionals, traditional leaders, traders, and change-makers who believe that Sierra Leone deserves leadership that listens, delivers, and unites.
Our work spans community development, youth empowerment, women’s economic inclusion, education support, and social intervention, with flagship initiatives such as J-IMPACT, which provides access to finance and opportunity for women entrepreneurs. Through these efforts, we focus on restoring dignity, creating opportunity, and strengthening communities from the grassroots upward.
We stand for:
Service to the People
Unity for the Nation
Empowerment, not dependency
Action, not empty promises
At our core, we believe that real change begins with people, when their voices are heard, their potential is supported, and their futures are protected.
Who we are is simple:
A growing national movement committed to building a stronger, fairer, and more prosperous Sierra Leone together.
